Our Daily Schedule Supports Reflection and Contemplation

This is a SAMPLE schedule. All activities are optional, and retreatants are expected and encouraged to determine and honor your own spiritual needs. The 2025 schedule will be finalized in early August. 
  • Walking Meditation at 7:30 a.m.
  • Breakfast at 8:30 a.m.
  • Body Practices at 9:30 a.m. (breath, chanting, drumming, toning)
  • Communal Silent Meditation and Prayer ~ 10-10:40 a.m.
  • Qi gong at 11:30 a.m.
  • Lunch at 12:30 p.m.
  • Teaching Session at 1:30 p.m.​
  • Spiritual Direction ~ Retreatants are assigned a spiritual director for the retreat and may spend up to one half-hour each day in spiritual direction.
  • Labyrinth Walk at 4:30 p.m.
  • Dinner at 5:30 p.m.
  • Silent Qi gong at 7 p.m.
  • Taize-style singing at 7:30 p.m.
  • Vespers at 8 p.m. (sundown) closes each day.
Art materials will be available in our main meeting room.
